Mouse hover over items/buffs no longer works

IDK how it happened but a few days ago I noticed I could no longer hover my mouse over items to see the name, nor can I hover my mouse over buff icons to see the time left.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Rebooting as we speak though

yeah senna, anytime that happened, a few restarts will fix the problem.
