Spells: Alliance resists and agro again.

Hiya
Back in late 2009, and early 2010 Alliance was resisting and causing agro. Fixed soon after,
Today after the patch, I was coaching a 16 Enchanter through his 1'st Stein quest.
I told him to cast Alliance on Clurg. It was resisted and they killed him. Twice.

bard faction song also causing agro on resist, is that intended?

Bug. Should not be resistable, should not cause aggro.

I'd put this on every NPC turn-in NPC on live as soon as I got the spell, and have done so here too. Today, for the first time ever, the NPC just started beating on me.

I lost my items for rod insidious rod becuz i didn't dare to cast this on npc becuz last night when i cast it on a npc it resisted and i dont know why
and i didnt dare to cast on them and make me lost my item cuz i was indiffferntly. is petition going to help? can GM help to reimburse the item please due to the mentioned spell bug?

Just died also doing Stein quest. Does anyone know if it always resist or should I chance it gain ?

If this hasn't been patched in yet and there's a large level discrepancy, it's going to auto-resist.
