...do I take to go to butcherblock? Sorry if this seems like a total newb question, but I forgot which one and I've camped out at the docks trying to conserve my SOW. Also, I just started last night and I love the server! Brings back so many memories! Good job guys!

You need to go to Freeport to get to Butcherblock.

The dock behind The Mermaid takes you into Erud's Crossing and then on to Erudin proper.

There is no boat which can take you to Freeport. Unless you are ported to a nearby zone you'll have to hoof it. =/ Not easy for a newbie without invis and sow. Classic maps available here in case you get stuck running. Once in Freeport you can hitch a boat to Butcherblock Via the Ocean of Tears from the docks in West Freeport.
