Default Video Issue After Upgrading to Windows 8.1 (Duplicate Shadow Image)

I recently upgraded to Windows 8.1 and after doing so, P99 has a distorted Shadowy/red duplicate look (almost like your looking at a constant 3d awful image). My graphics card is working fine and driver is upto date. Prior to the upgrade, it ran completely fine. Was wondering if anyone had any suggestions? I have also tried running in compatibility mode, but no luck.

My Build

AMD Phenom x3 720 Processor 2.8GHz
12GB Ram
Windows 8.1 (64 bit)
NVidia GeForce GTX 550 Ti
SSD main drive, slave drive to hold data
Dual Monitors, both at 1920x1080 resolution

Suggestions?

Not sure how to add an attachment, so I uploaded an image @ http://postimg.org/image/yeuncf1ed/3a528535/

Only thing I can think of is you somehow have 3d vision on. Check your NVidia control panel and make sure any 3d vision crap is disable.

EDIT - didn't see the picture. You definitely have 3d vision enabled.

When you install 8.1 it likes to install its own microsoft version of video drivers. I would try reinstalling your video drivers and make sure you download them from the nvidia site.
