Default Soulfire - Tykar Renlin
I've been sitting in EFP at the Seafarer's Roost for an hour each day for the last couple days, Tykar Renlin never seems to spawn. I know his PH's at the bar are supposed to be Plnorrick Spinecracker, Biggle Lombokker, Lozani and Tlin Bowfright but Lozani has been at the bar nonstop and never seems to run off and despawn. Has anyone else noticed this? I cant progress further without his note.

Yeah, there are several of us stuck because he is not spawning.

It should also be noted that Groflah(EFP Seafarer's Roost version) is not spawning either.

Ya but the Groflah in NFP is giving out the letter as if you gave it to the one in EFP....bug but oh well.

He's still not spawning.

Ive tried Killing his PH's Talym Shoontar and Imxil TBrow and in result have lowered my wizards faction even more lol.
