Clicking getting started takes me to an inappropriate forum, [I] am trying to return with a new computer.

Do you still have your old install? You can just copy the EQ folder to a flash drive and drop it on your new computer. Then just make a new shortcut to launch the client.

This thread has the instructions for getting started with a fresh install of titanium.
