Larrikan's Mask???

Erm, I keep reading about how Larrikan's Mask is a good clicky for a warrior to have.

Well someone gave me one a while back I didn't want to use on my druid because, duh, I already have camo.

Before I go and sell the thing can someone explain to me why it is a valuable item for a warrior, if it is something other than to just pop jboots and camo then run past stuff?
