![]() I've noticed on more than one occasion that Dizzying Wind (19) does not bring the enemy health bar down as much as it should be.
For example: Killing Sarnak's in LOIO, I would cast Dizzying Wind for ~120 dmg, and the enemy would only drop 2% health. I would then cast Careless Lightning for 99 dmg, and their health bar would drop 10% or more. Obviously this is backwards. I've also had Dizzying Wind get resisted 4x in a row on a light blue con (usually skeles in LOIO), although this may be normal, idk. Just something to check into! Thank you. | ||

![]() Are you sure the spell was hitting for Max damage? Spells don't always hit for what they say they do.

![]() The mobs you're fighting are using a rune buff prior to combat.
As far as resists go the druid wind line of DD spells are very easy to resist.
