Does skeletal cook still spawn in Kurn basement?

Hi,

I've been camping the skeletal cook in kurn for like 3 days, in order to get "the skull of torture".

Place I'm camping if the middle room just south of 3 on map.
I'm seen countless PHs and a rare spawn "thick bone skeleton" on the right node, wich makes me wonder if the cook is still there.

Also spent some time at 4th floor in the dinning room, and didn't see him either.

Any information from someone who saw him recently would be welcome.

And finally got him on said location.
