Attack not working
I have an problem where I cannot attack mobs... It happens right off the get go, or sometimes it works off the get go and I'll get a mob to 20% and then it stops working.
Any suggestions?

It's probably the melee targeting bug that's been around for at least 3 years (I've been playing here 3 years). To workaround, clear or change your target and reacquire it. In my experience, using the 'toggle target and self' hotkey (defaults to TAB key) to reacquire the target will not clear the bug, you can TAB away from the target but need to left-click the target or /assist your MA or use the 'cycle through nearest NPCs' hotkey or really anything but 'toggle target and self' to reacquire.
