![]() So.... What pretty much happened is the scum of the server(along with some innocent newbs, and HB) joined forces to create a huge zerg with many guildless and readily available toxic players looking for a home. Then used false propaganda with sheer numbers to push their agenda to overthrow the guild currently in power.
When I was leveling up as a newb just a few months ago, I encountered a handful of toxic players that would grief me, exp kill me for fun and etc. I developed tough skin and just went on. This was usually done by Azrael or some random person not guilded. I was NEVER once griefed by anyone from Nilihum ever coming up as a newb, despite all the negative things about them I would see in /OOC on a daily basis. I'd see these same toxic players rant on in /ooc for hours of nonsense and racism. Never once saw anyone from Nilihum doing that. So now it seems that every toxic player I have run into from the past has a Red Dawn tag with this newly fake image of being a PnP player. Every pvp server to ever exist on live EQ always had a dominant guild, and no matter what, they were always hated and made out to look bad by everyone else. They are successful because they have their shit together and don't have assclowns in the guild. Unfortunately human nature is disgusting and people always hate on what they want. So now it almost seems like the development is getting involved to where it is aiding Red Dawn by suddenly changing the rules and giving RD the benefit of the doubt in a lot of pvp situations where things should be governed by the players themselves. That is the whole point of a PVP server. Shit gets worked out with PVP, or you log onto an alt or do something else right? Any TRUE LIVE pvp veteran would still know that these new PnP changes are not good idea and will not work longterm without a huge headache on your hands. Just my 2 cents from a 4 month long player on the server. Thx for reading. I know its long! Flame away... | ||
