Anyway, the problem is not that good people get banned, its that tons of bad people evade bans, and banning enough people to stop the bad people will wreck the server.

Only thing safe to really evaluate is loging packets and catching hackers and checking server logs for dupes. That's stuff you can prove beyond a doubt with evidence.

The rest of this shit really does need to be handled by the players, and there really does need to be consequences for pvp so people don't make enemies.

Will this mean less pvp yeah?

If the 2 big guilds could be grownups and work out their own LnS system we could have a healthy server with pks, antipks, bind rushing guild fights, and mass pvp everynight, where the losing guild eventually owns up and calls it off and goes somewhere else.

Right now it's just a cockblock fest via either rules, or what was before, game exploitation.

Anyway. I don't really like what I see coming from the QQ departments, at the same time I like, want people to be able to engage a massive powerful guild without 2 much fear of never being able to play for 3-weeks and do anything.

HB has said multiple times that he has tried speaking with other guild with less than favorable replies. Nihilum wants you to quit or join up with them if they think that you MIGHT pose a threat.
Kinda like wiping a guild with people in rags while killing fear trash and denying them a CR for hours.

I've been in RD 2.0 since about when it began and this is how Nihilum has treated us

So they decided that we were scum of the earth and the great cock blocking started up again. Like killing off our xp groups and camping the corpses.

So now the GM's got involved, and it just so happens to be our guild charter. When your little brother and sister don't agree on a place to go have dinner, your parents get involved. Same thing.

I remember this different, HB said they were breaking off from allying with Azrael and friends. Only to break his word(wearing mask while 'brokering' this deal) when azrael showed up with nearly 2 groups in fear the VERY NEXT DAY, Thats when we showed up. And thats why you died and thats why red dawn paid the price. Heartbrand broke his word on purpose, He didn't care because if anything being wiped it fear benefited them in the long run to get people to hate nihilum over it.

Don't get any illusions, HB is trying to get back at people and if allowed to be he wants to be Nihilum #2. Not sure how many of the members can tolerate it still, all the tells and complaints I hear about and get with certain things being done. Most are afraid to leave because they are casuals, Others who knows. Maybe because once you leave the guild you are instantly scum and name is slandered all over the boards/in game by the family oriented guild.
