Default Progressionnative?

Hello, I am completely new to this project.
At first I thought it was vanilla only but I recently noticed you have introduced Kunark and Epics. Is p99 a potencial "slow" progression server? Like Velious would some day be implemented?

P99 will hit Velious, so there's time to level up, get your epic etc in preparation [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

I dont know if I should start a new thread for this but I'll try to shoot the question here.

My brother and I play Everquest and we would like to give a try to p99. But we play from the same internet box. Different computers but from the same hous, will we have problems to connect to the server?
(I'm asking before we invest into a Titanium pack)

You should apply for an IP exemption in the Petition Forum ASAP as you won't be able to log-on at the same time from the same location until you get approved.

http://www.project1999.com/forums/announcement.php?f=25

IP Exemption: This is for requesting to be exempt from the limit of 1 connection per IP Address. You may request exemption if you have more than 1 real person playing from the same IP. When posting for this, please include the account names of every person that will be playing from the same IP, as well as the identities / relations to those players, and please make sure that atleast one character has been created under each account. Please verify the spelling of each account you specify.

My oringal discs are gone since a while and I heard you cannot use the downloadable EQ client from SoE.

Correct, but there exists virtual copies of CDs called .iso files, perhaps you backed them up when you had the original discs and do not recall. I would suggest taking the .iso files that you created from back in the day and installing using a virtual drive.

Its a good thing, we're a very prepared community, and statistically its very odd that every single one of us backed up our CDs into a then-obscure format in order to install a game 11 years later. But its true. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
