Is there a list of Velious raid quests going?

Im not talking about the armor from ToV/Kael/PoM nor the tedious quests from EToV where you collect all the named quest pieces, im specifically talking about the long drawn out quests where Verant put a lot of time and in the end it leaves you scratching your head wondering why all that work for the reward or it actually turns out to be something decent.

There is a Paladin only [I think Deity based too?] Sword, I also recall a druid/ranger only ring that basically had +10wis [ Remember looking at this while while raising forage when Blue99 came out and accidently foraged a Velious item they forgot to take out ] and some other minor stats which seemed super hard to obtain for something minor.

Umm velious wasnt revamped that much past it's time. All of those things you linked are era appropriate items.

The paladin sword is really easy. If you can get the skull (which I was told was going to rot and a guild let me loot it if I could get a port up there), you can finish it in about an hour. It is Tunare only, which decreased the worth, though. I always found Epic to be better, but it is nice if you can't get the Epic.
