RotWF % Epic Click - Macro question

If I wanted to create a macro to use both of these clickies at the same time, what would the command lines need to look like?

Also is there any way to not have to have both items on my hotbar to create said macro.

No such macro exists until you go to EQ live servers.

You cannot link item clicks to a macro without hacking.

They will have to stay on your hotbar.

You wouldnt make a macro. You would have to change the keymap for the 2 keys that you have the robe and fist hotkeyed to to another number and use that button to activate both.

best you can do is link one of them to kick, link the other to another hotkey and click it
