Spells: Clarity/Insight should not be available until May 1999 patch era

1) Gordon/Brad list of additions to EQ since launch as posted in late 1999, they mention adding "Clarity/Insight" to enchanters:

Clarity was 100% added in the late May patch, I think it reasonable to assume Insight was added at the same time unless anyone has any other evidence.
