HS/Seb keying question
Is there a min level required for the key quests?
I have this project in mind where I wanna get a Wind Saber, Fayguard Parrying Dagger and and Fayguard Bladecatcher on a level 1 ranger but it entirely depends on the ability to get a level 1 into these zones.

No level requirement, just need the key.
Grouped with a TMO warrior in frontier mountains in vp gear.
