Introducing Llanowarr

Hello P1999!

The time has finally come for me to create a character on P1999.

Just a brief back story. I started playing EQ towards the end of 1999/beginning of 2000 with some neighborhood friends. At the time I was roughly 11 years old. I played regularly, if not obsessively, for some 4-5 years. Much of the "glory days" of my childhood involved exploring the lands and dungeons of Norrath. For me, revisiting Norrath is similar to driving past my childhood home. Anyways, I played on many servers (Ralloz Zek, Prexus, Stromm) and with many characters (Wizard, Druid, Warrior), but I was not able to "consume" much of the content at the time. All of the competition and battling amongst my group of friends (you know how 11 year old boys are) prevented us from seeing the depth of the game. All of us quit some time after LoY/LDoN when the game had begun to make massive changes. During college I had brief stints with Everquest... I played live for a while and later leveled up a few chars on EQmac. However, these experiences were not quite what I had hoped for - primarily because of the sparse population and lack of focus on old content.

Recently, I had been following Pantheon as well as some EQ-related forums and emu's. I finally caved, fired up my old PC laptop and here I am.

It took me quite some time to decide which class to roll. The first character I ever rolled was a druid... this a throwback to that time.

Long story short... Introducing Llanowarr the Druid!
