Najena Level Req.

I discovered that Najena has a level requirement tonight. Reading the Wiki, it sounds to be 4+. Is this an intended block or a bug? I can't find any reference to it being level locked (in any time period) elsewhere.

Intended to prevent griefing. There's a small level requirement on most dungeons.
