Lynuga Spawn

I've done ruby turnins before but I'm not exactly clear on what spawns her. The Internet suggests 3 things.

1. Slayer Captains / Troll Slayers are PH, namely those west of UGuk
2. High elf NPCs / Good race NPCs west of UGuk
3. Timer. Spawns for x hours, despawns for x hours

Which of these is the correct version of what happens on P99? I need some brutechoppers for science.

In my experience, she appears to be on a timer. Just gotta keep checking.

This, make a lvl 1 troll and park it or just /who those in the swamp and see if they can check for you.
