Assume you mean a potential teams PvP server? Unless they hardcode teams it won't matter anyway, crossteam guilds would dominate teams server just like they did on live.

Can't win really. If it's hardcoded, Human is the only team with all classes. Elves and Shorties are pretty crippled--no Shamans, few/no feign pullers (gnome necros...hah) and so forth. Darks miss out on a couple classes nobody cares about, and Bards, so they're tolerable but still disadvantaged.
