Not trying to butt in, but any rogue can spawn renux. Each hate raid an entire raid can pickup a book of souls, Then its only leg work for the rogue PP 2 parchments and running to lake rathe and then steamfont and you are done. Considering skean's huge nerf, I would hold out and wait til you find one rotting off renux or have a rogue buddy do the notes for you.

FYI, all that listed above takes time and effort. I take that out of the situation. Plus why wouldn't a rogue doing there epic want this weapon?

I was just simply stating, that rogues who do multiple epic MQs(or this quest to spawn general only) will basically spawn more renuxes then needed. About the only useful thing off renux now is the JDD And RS mask. Troch skean is nice occasionally if you have shm dex buff, but I would still rather a 19/33 10sv all offhand, or even JBoM/EotN or better then a bad dmg sword with a 0-5 second rare proc. If it could proc from mainhand it would be worth it, since then it would be comparable to proc rate like tstaff/windstriker.

I have seen a few rot because no one wanted them, or everyone had them. I keep a skean in my bag still, but use it very very rarely. You can pvp all day long and nothing, then swing 5 times and proc on 4 seperate peoeple resulting in a win. Sell for 10k asap imo, That 'leg work' takes about an hour, less if you have a porter.

Unless something has changed, I believe proc rate is not based off of Dex anymore. Second the Skean procs like crazy, ask folks like Singing and Cowbane who use it religiously. If folks who pvp let that rott that's crazy. Finally, any hour is a lot of time when you get only a few hours to play because of rl. Thanks for the advice and have a good night!
