Default Spell: Summon Companion

Bought and scribed this spell. I believe it is level 44. When I used it, the spell went off, but no companion was summoned. I tried doing it in both NRo and in Iceclad.

It will summon an active pet to your side that are lost or parked somewhere else.

What he is saying is that you use your normal Pet spell, and summon a pet. Then, put it on guard. Now, run away from it, run across the zone. Now, cast Summon Companion, and it will teleport your already summoned pet to your location.

The point is to find a lost pet, not create a new one.

I see. Ok. I feel stupid now. I didn't have a pet at the time, so of course it wouldn't work and bring me a pet.
