How to handle items upgraded during Velious?

There were an absolute ton of items that were upgraded at various intervals during Velious. ToV/Kael/Velks drops in particular. It will be difficult to get exact information, especially about the pre-upgrade stats/exact upgrade date on some/many items. Should we just report information on that as we find it?
