Default Slam no longer interrupting mob casts

as seen in this thread

http://www.project1999.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=146720

mobs regain concentration and finishing spells after being hit by slam.

Tested this on my development server.

Npc starts casting.
I slam.
Its spell is interrupted.

Not an issue anymore I'm guessing?

I've slammed today and it worked just fine. There is always a chance of it regaining concentration.

It just seems to work a lot less frequently then it used to. I feel like i used to be pretty successful using this to stop spell casting, but now i feel like never works. Almost to the point where i don't even bother trying anymore.

Couple slams today didn't actually interrupt. Was pretty scarce incident though.

On my caster chars I've been able to channel through mobs bashing me, too. Related mayhap?
