I'm not sure if there are any out there, but I did manage to buy an Efreeti Belt at one point, so I figure there is always a chance.

And if you have them, you should want to sell them ASAP. They won't be nearly as good in Velious, and the new noble rotation should ensure that a lot more enter the world (I just have more PP than DKP).
