Lord Elgnub(gnoll slayer) spawn? how long?

Like the title says. I've been sittin here in blackburrow for 8 hours (real time). Haven't seen him spawn... been killin every snake(even by ladder) and clearing every commander/elite, split paw commander room over and over. How rare is this guy? and is there a way to trigger him I don't know about?
Help appreciated thanks!

Do you just need the doll off of him? Any way to multi quest it? I have one an alt in the bank that I wont be using. Just send me a PM here if so...

How did you get him to spawn?

Dunno how it works here. But on live he had no PH and I think he was just on a long timer and could skip spawns.

just downed him... finally! looks like nothing triggers him, just random. PH might be snakes at the door where he spawns.
