Issues logging in

Hi there. My wife and I have been playing together and it has been fantastic, especially the last few days when I have been able to use my level 14 druid to help her level a wizard. Unfrotunatley this afternoon/tonight we have had real issues.
i have tried about 10 times to log in my character XXXXXX and she has tried to log in her XXXXXX as well to no avail.

Have you asked for and gotten an IP exception? If not, they might have banned you for fear of two-boxing.
