Spells: Unable to memorize Angstlich's Appalling Screech

Just that, I am for what ever reason unable to memorize Angstlich's Appalling Screech. I have logged in and out twice, changed zones and still nothing. The game reports "You cannot memorize a spell you already have memorized."

You have it memorized in a hidding 9th slot.

Were you trying to:

Alt Memorize using ALT + #?
Were you trying to do that for slot 8? And likely instead of hitting ALT 8 you hit ALT 9?

If yes to both of those questions, the only solution is a death. A duel death to prevent EXP loss is probably ideal. I have a thread about this from awhile back:

ALT+O --> Change the "Cast gem 9" default Keypress from ALT+9 to EMPTY. Then you can't be bothered with this issue.

Will prevent it from happening in the future.

This is very possible. Spell gem 3 and 9 are on the same hot key for some reason.
