Sir as I have read your issue with the latest Inny, I will concur that it could be seen as stalling. But if one is going to argue that instance as stalling, im afraid I must call out every Sev, Gore, Tal kill on this server as stalling, because I have never witnessed a guild engage then as a unit, but send out a puller to do so. How can you call engaging inny with 2 and zoning in reinforcements any more a stall then tagging sev and having people zone in while the pull is incoming. Both are technically stalling. Or how about aggroing fay, but not wngaging with a raid force for over 5 min after fte is established. Major stall, yet you seem to pick and choose which battles you want to change the rules to. Here is what i suggest for every target, one a mob is engaged, everyone in raid must be on hate list withing 30 seconds of fte. No more pull kiting, no more pulling sev to ej zone, tal to ot, fay to docks. Infact make fay must be engaged at hidden cove, and only those in zone on fte can engage, because its stalling to fte and log in after all.
