Still down, HighKeep is no longer a passageway through the continent but a backwater that nobody can get to or out of. Help!

Just wondering if we could get an official response from a GM or developer about this issue:
Do the developers know what causes Kithicor to crash constantly and stay crashed for long periods of time (and are working on a fix now or at some point in the future), or is this issue still a complete mystery? Knowing that something is being worked on this issue would be incredibly reassuring since we are enduring this zone being down for weeks at a time. Currently, we are dealing with a minimum of no rogue epics, limited travel for newly made halflings or other lower level chars in the misty thicket area being able to traverse to eastern antonica without a port, limited visits to High Pass/High Hold Keep, limited visits to Rivervale/Misty Thicket, no ranger armor quests, no other quests being able to be completed in this zone, etc. A short response on this would be greatly appreciated. | ||
