WTB Ivory Sky Diamond looting rights

I'm paying to loot an Ivory Sky Diamond from the Spiroc Lord in the Plane of Sky. I've been present for well over 80 lord kills and have yet to see one drop, let alone obtain it. Because it seems that every other paladin over level 51 has one and I'm almost level 60, I must just be extremely unlucky.
