NPC Spawn Issue: Slansin Wardrobe Malfunction

This spawns Slansin down in Vials of Vitality. The real Slansin wears a red robe. The fake Slansin looks like a merchant. If you meet the fake Slansin...

I already made a thread about him not spawning for the quest, this thread is about me logging in to see him up and NOT wearing a robe and looking just like a merchant. I turn it in and get the reward triggered from the REAL Slansin.

This quest seems fairly buggy.
