![]() I'm about to turn 12 on my mage and I was thinking of heading to Kurn's Tower with my new pet.
I really don't know anything about Kurns, so I'm not sure if lvl 12 is good for the zone or not. I'm sorta sick of EC and want to do something different for a few levels. Thanks for any advice. | ||

![]() You could head that way I think it'd probably be a great spot, not to mention the alleged dungeon zem.
It is a long haul though, my recommendation would be if you are to head that way make sure you have enough spells to get you through to your 20s, enough food until then as I don't think there's any merchants that will like you nearby, and someone to bind you (unless you can bind yourself) as a non-iksar or iksar liked individual you'll have to bind by Kaesora instead of Cab unless you can bind yourself (that was news to me when I went on my rogue at that level haha) and whatever you do don't take the boat to FV and try to hike it from there lol, did that one and had a terrible cr other places I guess would be dervs or oasis; could try Befallen although getting a group down to where it would continue to be good xp 14+ might be a hassle. Lower lvls of 10-20 always throw me for a loop on my toons haha, I probably spent more time doing 10-14 than 14-20 because of the lack of consistent camps for those levels, give or take if you can get a crocks group pre-13 and/or spend a lot of time grouped at orc c1/2.

![]() My mage is a de so I'd head there via Overthere/Warsliks/FoB. Figured I'd just invis myself all the way to FoB
I can summon food and water and I get bind at lvl 12 , so that's taken care of. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] Good idea on bringing my lfuture spells with me. It's sorta tough to find groups pre-20 unless you go to one of the "standard" zones or create your own group. | ||

![]() Being an Iksar; I feel FoB is the best starting area and with Kurns always having others in there grouping or soloing it adds to it. Idk if it was mentioned here or another thread about avoiding the Burynai creatures <-- but it may be best to avoid them since they can gang up and Harm Touch, DoT, Lifetap, etc... add that with some skeletons you & Jibekn may be running for zone.
You can lvl up to lower 20s in the deep basement ((again if you do not torch your burynai faction)) you can walk right passed them & kill skels, loot bone chips. P.s. == be careful as some skeletons are on burynai faction -- so 'con' everything! Hope this helps =) | ||

![]() pretty sure zero skeles are on burynai faction as ive recently leveled my wizard there 12-24 np - just do not kill ONE single burynai and you will be fine to go below at level 20+ - you can stay in the tunnels below just killing skeles until 24
literally bring all the spells you need 12-24 (you wont need the level 24 spells because you will ding 24 and want to leave Kurn's) | ||

![]() Go to NK until 15 or 16. Kill willowisps and turn in lightstones and greater lightstones to http://wiki.project1999.com/Mrysila for plat and exp. You'll make a lot of plat and fast exp. Way better than grouping in a dungeon.
