Can't see any held items, or items on ground (even bags)

That's about the gist of it, I can't see any held items or weapons, or anything on the ground period.
Anyone know what file is missing or corrupt?

It's referred to as the "inventory bug", you have to relog to fix it. Sometimes it takes a dozen times or as few as one. Honestly, I just log off and come back later. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Actually, it's been since day 1, not once has it shown weapons. Even at the char select screen. Looks like I may be reinstalling.
