Pathing Maidens Voyage runs over BB shuttle

When trying to take the BB shuttle from the Maidens Voyage in TD to BB the boat will run over the path of the BB shuttles and put you back inside the belly of the Maidens Voyage.

currently stuck on the longest boat ride ever

i tried standing on both shuttles and it runs over both of them, still stuck on this boat

Aussie came and helped port me to BB but in the meantime it looks like there is no way to avoid the maidens voyage while on either BB shuttle
