Staff of Temperate Flux MQ
Got a newbie Wizard? If so then the Staff of Temperate Flux is a MUST HAVE item. Insta-click debuff that can be cast from an inventory slot. This is fantastic for pulling when setting up quads. It can be spammed to lock agro so your mobs can't be peeled easily. Clickable at level 20 and you will use it through level 60. Selling for 2kpp. I'm usually on Yeardly but can also be found on Neostorm, Shartz, or Barfolomew (yes I'm an altaholic).

Clickable at level 20. Not level 1.
Must have item though.

Also, didn't realize these MQs had dropped since the last time I played several months ago. Price dropped to 2k. In stock and ready to go.
