eq classic smartphone app shut down
Hello guys,
i was the one responsible for creating the "everquest classic" android smartphone app. we had over 1000+ downloads, and 400 peopel register to app. unfortunately, people lacked interest in donating to hosting of app. as the upkeep cost me $65 usd a month, i no longer wish to pay for hosting. If someone wishes to take over the app, i can make arrangements and transfer hosting costs to you/provide admin functionality.. otherwise, thanks to everyone who used the app and participated in it. it was fun while it lasted. best bunglusu | ||

Wow you were getting jacked on hosting, with Linode I get 2GB Ram, 60GB SDHD, and 2TB of bandwidth outbound (unlimited inbound) for $20/month (and full root access/my OS of choosing).
If you want to post up the app source and related files (on Github or something) I can host on http://ahungry.com. Making a p99 utility and relying on donations from players (or ad clicks) - good luck with that [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

app was made via www.shoutem.com
a drag and drop app maker. yes, they charged too much, but i was able to make app in under 24 hours. meanwhile, ive been developing an app in eclipse for last 9 months. hence didnt build it from scratch | ||
