Miscellaneous: Ice of Velious in Unrest

Last night an Ice of Velious dropped off a normal Ghoul in Unrest.

Not 100% sure if the ice wasn't supposed to drop until the Velious expansion. If it always dropped in classic, then please close this thread.

I've looted ice in various places as well, but didn't think much of it. Actually, I think it dropped in some place ridiculous like SolA. Also the aviaks at KFC drop it I think.
