Character select screen. No error just locks up

Hey folks!

OLD EQer here and recently found Project 1999. Really want to get back in the game. I have installed all necessary files and have started the game. Even played a bit! However, after installing Duxa's All In One, I get to character select screen and the game locks up. It never actually displays a screen after that, much less loads.

Win 8 system here with Geforce card. I have modified the ini file to reflect same resolution as load to see if that was the issue and it didnt work. Have been working on this for several hours now and am stumped. Would love some input from those who are in the know. All drivers, etc current.

Delete your ui_[CharacterName]_project1999 file and try again.

Thanks for the reply! I actually did a clean install, and installed in the right order and its all fixed!
