Of course this would take a ton of work including character animations, move sets, AI, voice actors (I know from TS that there's a good supply/range of P99ers that could do it)... also some Norrathian stages with some cheering NPCs native to the zone in the background.

Unfortunately my MUGEN knowledge isn't the best, but damn if I ever won the lottery and needed some kind of project I'd totally make this a thing.
