Necro Scent and Bard OoS not stacking

Necromancer's "Scent" line (FR, PR, DR, on a poison counter) should stack with a Bard's Occlusion of Sound (CR, FR, MR, on an unresist), but currently Scent is overwriting OoS.

This is a side effect of a known issue with bard songs. All bard casted spells (songs and clickies) should stack with any and every non-bard casted spell (both beneficial and detrimental). Once this bug is fixed, OoS will stack with scent.
