Quest Issue: Red Wine Quest - Neriak

Hi, I am not sure if this has been posted but the wine quest in Neriak ( http://wiki.project1999.com/Bottle_of_Red_Wine ) there is no faction message on turn in.

What I have done:

I have charmed the quest giver Lokar To`Biath and handed a wine in, I get XP but no faction message.

I have had the guy charmed and handed in and again, I get an XP message but no faction message.

Lokar To`Biath conned Threateningly to me on my Paladin, and after turning in 430 wines he still conned Threateningly in theory I should have moved up atleast 1 rank of faction according too:

-2000 to -751 ...scowls at you, ready to attack
-750 to -501 ...glares at you threateningly
-500 to -101 ...glowers at you dubiously
-100 to -1 ...looks your way apprehensively
0 to 99 ...regards you indifferently
100 to 499 ...judges you amiably
500 to 749 ...kindly considers you
750 to 1099 ...looks upon you warmly
1100 to ~2000 ...Ally faction


Should be displaying:
Your faction standing with Dark Bargainers got better.
Your faction standing with Dreadguard Outer got better.
Your faction standing with Dreadguard Inner got better.

Could this be confirmed as just a display bug, or is the faction not been given?

I think a recent patch disabled faction games from charmed quest givers (though I can't find a patch note for it so I could be wrong).

Please don't tell me that , the alternative to raising the faction for Dark Bargainers is long even to get him to indiff.

Feb. 23rd patch:

Haynar: (Previously Updated) Completing quests with an NPC who is charmed, will no longer trigger faction changes associated with that quest/npc.

Golem clay or Skele illusion should let you turn-in and get the faction hits, I think. Worked for my Iksar Necro.

Unlimited clicky Golem Clay is PoP.

A named golem in Cazic Thule drops a single charge Earth Elemental... But we don't have classic faction tables for elementals. Elementals should be KoS to most everything in Classic. I am currently researching this topic, cause I definitely remember getting aggro using Form clickies that illusioned you.
