What is a decent cleric wep for mid teens that wont break the bank?

Glowing Wooden Crook - 2hb - 11/35 - magic (kill those willowisps!) - you can consistently grab one from EC for 35-50pp, (better stats than cold iron morning star)

Farming Willowisps is very lucrative and still ok exp through 17ish, regardless of class. Might help him buy some wis gear to do just what you said =)

Bonethunder Staff. Best Cleric weapon ever. Procs Ward Undead at level 10 and it procs a LOT. You can solo tank undead with ease well into your 20s. Quest is in Qeynos.
