Spells file

So I have the client downloaded, account made to log in and on all forums. I did WinEQ to skip the patcher. Logged in and says my spells file is out of date and to get it from the website. I downloaded all files as instructed by the guide, removed all files as instructed also. Anyone know the fix for this?
