In the spirit of Sirlious's "question" posts, what spell from your EQlive era...
would you want to have here on P99?
My vote would be for Stoicism (lv44 shm), the baby Torpor spell that was added in either LoY or LDoN.

I'm assuming we are going by level 1-60 spells..
Easily, KEI. 3 Hour long C2 with 250 mana pool and 22 INT/WIS rolled into 1 buff, sign me up. If we are going for spells that my own class can cast... Probably Spirit of the Eagle, maybe Moonfire. The druid luclin / LoY spells kinda blow. Moonfire is okay, Nature's Recovery is a joke and Mask of the Stalker is meh. LoY we got Pure Blood and a heal inbetween greater and superior. 1 hour SoW/See Invis/Levitate was very useful plus increased speed over SoW.

Shrew was only like 20 or 30% movement. It was terrible.

Chorus of Replenishment. This song was added in PoP, and was the lvl58 AE mana + health song. That's right, AE version of Cantata. I know it was PoP, but this needs to be a "post-Velious" addon.
It's not overpowering, unless you consider having less bards on a raid "overpowering." What it DOES do, is let the bard play the part he is meant to play in a roleplaying sense. Bards are supposed to inspire and/or soothe people with their songs, and this should be limited to earshot, not artificially limited by group. More to the point, they should inspire followers. I can see people huddled around the AE mana song like moths to a flame. Hell, I remember this happening. A bard singing AE mana would be like a warm campfire in the middle of the woods - everyone huddles around and feels better. | ||

Chorus of Replenishment was a Luclin song. It dropped all the time in Ssra.
Chorus of Marr was the PoP upgrade. On that end, Purifying Chorus and Elemental Chorus (Luclin) were fantastic additions. AoE Resist PR/DR/MR and FR/CR/MR. They were rare drops off random mobs in high level Luclin zones so they were difficult to obtain but definitely worth the effort. On many fights we would have 1 bard do AE Chorus, and 1 would do AE Resist Chorus/HoS.
