Crafted, Totemic, Lambent etc... can they be multi-quested?

Yes. The items/rewards except for a few like mage boots etc are not no-drop so doesn't matter really. You will need to be indifferent though I think to turn in but killing shadowmen can raise faction if this is a problem.
