Evil Research in South Ro not giving faction hits

Hi Guys,
The Evil Research quest in south ro from Smith Tv'ysa is no longer giving faction hits for turning in light stones or greater light stones.

Fixed, pending update.

Also, this quest had no faction requirements. It should require indifferent or better. Added that for next patch.
