if you are so under staffed. why haven't we seen any new guides or any advertisement for people to help with the petition Que / guide for a few days im sure there are vets on this box that will take a day or 2 out of the week just to answer petitions and help red as a whole

![]() you must be new
personal experience is staff doesn't give a single fuck, unless you got an overwhelming amount of evidence on a hot drama topic "a day or 2" lol

![]() everyone who wants to be a guide isnt good enough to be a guide.
it's a real hard job, u must have a college level degree, already earn 6 figures, and ontop of all that have atleast 20 to 40 minutes a day to be a guide.

![]() I wouldn't hire you to maintain the toilets agatha.
Its not that I think you are entirely bad, its just we both know you'll be sniffing the toilet cleaner as soon as I turn around.

![]() i didnt make this thread to bash the Gms/ guides. i made it to bring some attention to this much needed problem
why cant we assign a few vets from red to do petition duty aka like community service, example. krazy take a suspension for refusing lns. either wait the 7 days for the suspension to be lifted or do 2 days of /petition / csr work and your free to go the server will benefit from this esp newer players, that have to wait days for help.

![]() I have always had good luck with my petitions. That said I'm a confirmed good guy and yet have never been interviewed for guidage despite their occasional recruitment efforts.

![]() The help you require needs GM's.
Only Deru and Sirken can do that stuff. It's like anything really, you don't hand the new guy at work all the responsibility of the workplace. So unfortunately at this stage I cannot help you, neither would adding more guides.
