Creating a guild

How does creating a guild work here? I'm guessing it's 5 people online at the same time /petition and talk to a GM about it?

/petition in game.

State the name of the guild you want and which character to be the leader.

They will resolve this even if you are offline.

Also you don't need 5 other people, can be just yourself.
